6. What Food Is The Puppy Eating?

We are feeding our puppies Purina Pro Plan Puppy Shredded Chicken. We have noticed on a few breeders websites that they recommend a puppy food that you can click a link and enter a code for a discount. They do this because every bag of dog food you buy they get a % of the sale. How do I know? Because we have been breeding since 2004 and tried this option in the past. I am not convinced these foods are the best options for our dogs. You are welcome to slowly switch your puppies food from the Purina Pro Plan but do this slowly so they do not get an upset tummy.

7. Do White Sand Golden Puppies Come With A Warranty?

Yes, our puppies come with a two year health guarantee and a puppy contract. I our puppies also go home with one puppy shot which is the only shot needed by 8 weeks of age, microchip, 30 days free pet insurance, a stuffed toy with the mothers and siblings scent on it and a lifetime of support.

8. Where Are Our Puppies Raised?

Please visit our Where are our puppies raised page

9. Do we do any health testing on our dogs?

Yes, you will find FCI, BVA and OFA health testing on our dogs. BVA is the British Veterinarian Association and our preferred method for health screening. Why do you ask? Because the panel doesn't change every few month unlike OFA that changes the individuals who evaluate the x-rays. Also, BVA requires two x-rays of the elbows unlike OFA that only requires one. BVA also grades each hip individually instead of one grade for both hips. We use Walden Pond, Hamby Road in Atlanta and Abbiecreek for our health schemes. Our eye exams are done in Pensacola and heart with Walden Pond. We also genetic test all of our dogs to produce clear puppies. Here is an example of a Paw Print Genetic test.
